Took 600 mg of Ibuprofin. Ran walked about 0.6 on the TM. Felt pain. Did the elliptical for 20 min. Minor pain at the beginning, but then I think the medicine kicked in and I felt better. Ran 1 mile on the TM with minor uncomfortableness coming and going. Ran the mile in just under 8 min. The lungs were burning.

Stop running if you feel pain silly! You have PRs to be made this year... I hate seeing you not running.
