Workout at Lehi tempo loop with Nate, Trevor, Reed, Chad, Matt, and Chris. Chad and I worked together during the workout.
Did a 10k workout: 5 x 1k with the following splits: 3:43, 3:46, 3:43, 3:41, 3:38 (3:45 is about 6 min/mile pace). Did 5 x 1k "rest" intervals around 6:45-7:00 min/mile average. 2 up and 2 down. Good workout for me.
