| 7am...went to the gym with Kami and ran while she was at spinning (windy, rain/snow mix outside). 10K in 41 minutes, then 10K in 40 minutes. 12.45 miles in 1:21, felt pretty easy (on a TM though). (Mirage 2017)

| 5:00am...9 miles around the Tuscany neighborhood in Meridian (where our friend lives whom we stayed with, 0.25 miles from my brother's house who could not find the time or effort to welcome us).
Then off to Eagle Island State Park to watch the Nike Cross Northwest races and see Katelyn run. Warmed up with her and ran a few miles back and forth to catch her on the course. She ran a 25 second course PR! Awesome way to finish the season...only IFHS girl to have the dedication to make it to this race (for the third straight year). Lunch at the Bodacious Pig and then Guru Donuts! Fun day in Boise! IF Boys ran the Championship race and thought they would podium...21st out of 23 teams.
