| Slept in a bit and took the morning easy (cold outside anyway). Longer run later today after last morning of meetings.
Full morning of meetings again. After getting to the airport area hotel, I ran 6 miles on the treadmill because the wind and cold was not looking fun. Heading home tomorrow. (Guide Blue)

| Kami worked early, I had to get kids' stuff ready and get to work early, so no morning run.
I was going to go out at lunch, but a buddy said the pathways were treacherous as I went into the locker room. Skipped the run.

Ran into a young man walking alone in the dark looking for the "end of Sunnyside" to walk to as part of a scout project. He was carrying a big backpack and a sleeping bag. He was maybe 13 with no adult supervision walking alone in the cold dark morning...seemed strange. So we chatted for a minute with him then called the police to check on him further as this seemed really off.
5 miles on a warmer but cloudy day at lunch. Needed this one for a work related stress reliever and time to think about issue resolution. (Ride 5)
