| I met Jeremy for an Iron Core and plyometric workout this morning to try it out before having the kids do it...tough!

| 4:45am...I met Curt, Alana and Gama for an early morning run. Ran 8 miles with Curt and had a good time just chatting and catching up. (Ride 5 2015)
Went out for an easy run at lunch. On the way back I was running on the "trail" next to the river and a root jumped up and caught my foot and I took a hard fall. Nearly went over the ledge into the river and pulled/strained my glute/hammy that I have been trying to rehab...it has never hurt this bad! Hobbled back to the building and now just need to see how bad it is. 4.25 miles. (Launch 2)

| Made it to the hotel late last night after picking up numbers and Justin and Isaac going to party with Claire.
5 miles solo up Cole Rd and back from the hotel. (Ride 5)
Then a quick bite to eat before taking Katelyn to Eagle Island State park for her 3K race. Katelyn, Lauren and I warmed up by running the course then she ran the race and did great. (Launch)
Back to the hotel to pick up the boys team and all the families to head back to the park for their Varsity race. They did really good and more importantly told me they had fun! (Launch)
Waited around to watch the Championship races and awards (Isaac won his section and took 3rd OA in the Varsity). Back to the hotel for showers and pizza. The boys took off for the BSU football game and Katelyn, Lauren and Luke went to the pool and hung out while us adults watched the game and had a fun night. Been a long time since I was up past midnight!

| Another day off. Hip feeling much better after PT and adjustment to SI joint. Tendon insertion still sore, but I am not nauseous and can walk normal!
1.25 mile walk at lunch in cold and wintery (snow) weather around Freeman Park. Felt good to walk, still sore to sit too long.

| Happy Thanksgiving! We got about 8 inches of snow overnight and through the morning! Shoveled the driveway with the family then went out for a run through the neighborhood in the quite, white and deep snow conditions. Hammy and glute actually felt ok today. (Xodus)
Now for the food with my family at my parents house. Glute started to really hurt in the evening, burning sensation.

| Skipped running today (-4 outside when I woke up!) and went to spinning class instead. Glute felt ok but if I put too much resistance on I felt it in my hip. So, fast flat road spin for 26 km.
Now to start decorating for Christmas and we are making our own turkey today.
