Good local beer two for one! Coming here again before we leave. Went to a Nashville Sound baseball game then walked to Broadway to see what the honky-tonks are like at night. Wow what a busy and loud place. |

| 10 miles. Went and saw Justin's new office in the AT&T tower. Pretty swanky especially for a first job. Walked downtown to get family some souvenirs. 5 miles in the afternoon. Then some pool time...playing pool that is. Leave to go home tomorrow which probably good for justin and Moxie who is stressed out. I am not ready to go back to the crap at work. |

| Inspired by watching the Olympic marathon's the last couple of days, decided to make this a longer and harder run to push myself to feel like an athlete again. 6 miles with Moxie then 7.1 solo. Ran the 7.1 faster that the first 6, the last mile of the run the fastest. Felt good to push again after running so many times just for fitness and stress relief. (React Black)
