6 miles easy at the MFT. (Annie went too, she ran 4 miles!) didn't sleep much last night. was up at 4:30 AM watering the lawn - lol! so i had to catch a couple of hours sleep this morning, stayed in bed until 9:00 and didn't get the run started until 10 AM...very warm.

11.1 miles / very easy pace. from home / big western loop. same temps as yesterday but felt more comfortable today. could not move fast if i wanted to this morning.

4.5 miles - early before work. nice cool temps this morning. i made an attempt to shake my legs loose from the cement blocks they were encased in by doing 6 x 30 sec. hill repeats on golden ave. it didn't work.

9.5 miles  - i had plans to run home after work and take advantage of the cool temps today. but late day obligations were piling up and i decided to run home at 11:30 and drive back to work for the afternoon. i'm really tired this week and all my runs have been pretty slow. i'm going to run low miles the next two days and hopefully get a much needed long run done on saturday.
