Went to bed very early last night. Didn't sleep great. Had a lot of nightmares about the boys. Anxious today, but better after the run even though it was pretty crappy. Legs were knackered from lunges and squats yesterday. HR elevated.
PM: 60' on the trainer (Pettit -1). 131W. HR 125.
Felt better today starting around lunch time. I started hydrating pretty seriously and that has made a tremendous difference.
