Warmed up a few miles with Megan and started the workout. I started a bit too slow, but I tried to go from 9:30-10:00 pace down to 6:30, which is always hard. Called that a mulligan mile (6:56) and continued into the 8-mile tempo from there. Felt pretty strong. A bit tired at the end, but effort was normal for this workout (I've done it enough times). A solid week and pleased.

I am pretty sure I am running the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon rather than Detroit this fall.

But Detroit has an underwater mile!

But if my Garmin doesn't pick it up, it didn't happen.

Great run Jason! Indy is on my short list of potential marathons if I opt to go out of state.
