AM: 3.8 miles on the treadmill. HR 139.

Motor shut off. Emailed NordicTrack back and told them I was done replacing parts and that they need to have someone disassemble and reassemble the machine to look for any issues or send me a new machine, which they need to assemble and disassemble the old one. I'm done with this crap. Not sure if I will run late or jump on the trainer. Either way, I am going to need more than ~40' of exercise.

PM: 60' on the trainer (Beech -1). 149W. HR

NordicTrack has decided they are just going to keep replacing parts. I wouldn't recommend anyone reading this purchase any of their crap. Absolutely ridiculous that as consumers we have almost 0 recourse for this crap.

Wouldn't hurt to go full Karen post on twitter/FB on their page. Seems to work quite effectively, and it sounds like you have a legit case to escalate this and put them on blast.

Mike: I'm going to give them this last chance, but I have made it clear I'm tired of it. I'm prepared to escalate if not.

Steve: it's a $2500 treadmill I purchased at the beginning of the year. I'm not "ditching" it. It's primarily for my wife, but I like to use it when I need to or feel like it.
