Strong ride. HR stayed down and the watts were up. Nice to crack 200 for a steady ride with some lightish tempo in there.
Driving to Maine tomorrow. Hoping the weather is not too snowy and can get some short 3-4 mile runs in. I don't want to do what we did this summer, which was to not get out.
