HR elevated, but expected. Very fallish. The kind of weather you'd want for a 20+ miler w/ 10 miles at marathon pace.

My dad's going home tomorrow. Appartently he's more mobile, but is esophagus is the size of a straw, but apparently the goal of where he was was to make him more mobile and apparently and they accomplished that. Not really sure what to do. He's not really helping himself, but also having some confusion and I think he's having trouble. I'm not sure if I should talk to him and try to persaude him a little bit.

2 summers ago I screamed at him about his behavior and said some unkind (but not completely unwarranted) things. I told him if he didn't smarten up I would never come back. That got through to him. He's in a very different state of health, so I am not sure how much he can will/muster himself to get healthy. Pretty tough when you cannot really eat anything.

I am praying for your dad and wisdom on the right way for you to approach him on these difficult health and relationship topics.
