High noon: Finally ran again. Yikes this camp thing is killing my training mojo. But now I passed on the leadership baton so I should be able to run a little this week. Hope it happens.

Ran with Mark from the Drury trail. Hot out! probably a feels like 100 for the run, 95 actual temps. Lots of sweating which was key. Nice to run with company. Slower miles, but after all the down time I was cool with it. Finally felt normal again to get in my run.

Pm: 5.5 miles around the FOB in camp bullis. More then I did last week. Had a 2 mile ruck march in the am. So something that was somewhat cardio. Through in a little weights at the beginning.

Pm: 10.5 around the FOB. So like 22 painful laps. Was mind numbing but glad to get more in then planned. Picked up extra laps with mark. Nice to have company
