AM: Long run with Katie and the landrunners route. 20 miles on the downtown marathon course. Perfect racing weather this morning, with NO wind. Very rare for OK. Going to be in the upper 60s today with sun till 7:30 tonight. Probably get a shakeout in tonight.

PM: 4.6miles with jax around OC. walked a mile with katie and matt. Love the daylight savings!

Am: 14 miles on the river with Connor W. 8xmiles with 400m rest. Kept the first 4 with Connor in the. 530s range. Dropped the next 3 to 518-524. Last one in 5:08. Nice little leg change workout! Love Thursdays. Now to study

Pm: 13 mile sweat fest workout. Started around 630s and worked down to 530s. Mostly in the 540s range. Felt nice and heavy after the snacking from last nights cram session. Glad that test is over. Now on to the spring break!
