tried to do a 5k time trial today. Goal was 17:30ish pace. Even threw on the old racing flats. Warmed up for 2.3 miles then started strong, hit 5:36 first mile, about 1.33 though, I stopped, pace felt fine, just mentally had no reason to keep pushing so I stopped. This cancellation of everything this spring really messing with my head. tried to do another uptempo mile after a .5 jog and got .43 in at 5:26 pace - but stopped again - just no heart today. 8 total
