Progression run on the treadmill because of the forest fire smoke. 1 mile warmup, then 7:08, 6:58, 6:49, 6:39, 6:30, 6:22, 6:15, 6:07, then one cooldown, 52:48 for the 8 miles of progression, 6:36 avg pace, really felt it the last 2 miles, but overall a good effort-based workout for my first day back at altitude
