| was rolling along through 12.6, probably around 7:20 pace, then had serious side stitches again - just like the other morning, had to stop running because I couldn't keep going. was still 1.5 from home so walked/jogged as I could the rest of the way back. Kind of disappointing, but nothing I can do. total running was 13.5 with the jogging parts. total pace was 7:27 for 13.5 but that is with a super slow last mile given the walk/jog. still a good 12.6 before everything fell apart.

| uptempo today, tried to run at decent GHMP for this altitude which i assume is near 6:30, i stuck that pace out for 6 miles - I ran my 6 in 38:44, 6:27.5 avg pace, not bad for 5300 feet, cooled down 3.6 for a total of 9.6 - total avg pace was 6:49 for the day
