I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

4 miles on the treadmill at the gym with dad and Katelyn.  3 miles at 5:55 average then a mile cooldown. I am feeling good for the Nike Cross race this week.  I hope the weather does not get too much worse.

We did not go to Boise for the Nike Cross Northwest meet because the weather was really bad.  I tried to run on the treadmill in teh basement tonight but my knee was hurting.  Kind of bummed about not going but I didn't want to run in the snow and for a bad time.

I tried to run this mornig at the gym with dad and katelyn but my knee hurt again, so I lifted weights.

I went out with dad, Andy, Matthew and Ben for a fun run in the snow.  We laughed and had snow ball fights and got Gray and Cody at the store.  5 miles in the cold weather, my face froze.  Afterwards we had pizza and played video games for while.  it was fun.
