4 very hardspeed work miles. i did a warmup mile then did a mile at a 5:46 pace. finished that then ran the the bathroom to throwup. came back and dad said i could just cool down. i decided to go along with my fast 800 at 5:27 pace. it rocked and i made so older people near me stare. then ran a cool down mile and a half and on my last 200 i cracked up the pace to 4:52. feeling awesome.
