3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

7 miles at track pratice. 3 mile run to bread store and back. Solid pase finished first 3 in 23:15 minutes. Ate a slice of pumpkin chocolate chip bread and ran back in 24 minutes even. I di not see a another teammate until about half way back. I had stpped, ate and crossed cross walks and still no one ran with me. :'(. Came back did mile cooldown. It is sure lonely being a faster long distance runner......
