My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 11 Twix/Washington Parkway. Short walk and a little with Twix. Parkway for long run early. Temps felt great. Abs. (Peg blue34 357.25)
AM - Long walk with Twix, weights and abs.
afternoon - 7.5 River Trail. Felt pretty good on the way back up 2450.
AM - 6.25 Twix/AC. Short walk and then a few with Twix. Then practice. Abs.
AM - Long walk with Twix, weights, abs.
afternoon - 6.25 Green Springs. Decent little run. Afternoons are cooling a touch. (Levitate 389.75)

morning - 6 Riverside. Py and I ran around the farm before Ry's race. It was fun to go down and watch Rylee run. She did much better than the other week. (Peg blue34 363.25)
