AM - 5.75 Twix/AC. Short walk with the dog and a couple miles. Then practice followed by yoga and abs. Good to loosen up the hip a bit, but still pretty tight - it seems deeper than usual tightness. (Levitate 280)
afternoon - 7 PV. Warmed and cooled with the team. Joined almost all the groups for a couple laps during their tempo. Team is running well; it will be fun to see what they can do. My hip, however, is not doing well. (Peg blue34 192)
