I was worried about running early in the morning because that's when my Plantar Fascitis hurts a bit. It had been feeling better for a few weeks, but it seems to be acting up again. It felt okay though.

To avoid burning out your glycogen - throw in a tempo mile at marathon race pace right in the middle. This will slow down the rest of your run, while still giving you some reassurance that you are in shape.

Blair was wondering if you happened to get the times for your runners that came in around 50th place and beyond yesterday. His watch messed up and he is trying to figure out times still. If you have any times that you could send him or me, that would be great. Thanks for the confidence in telling me to go out with you and Cldye, I'm still thinking about it. I guess instead of thinking about it so much I should just go out and do it and see how I feel.

Hi Dave, your bib # is 48. just a little fyi. your going to rock. thanks for the tip about icing the calfs. I think it helped. Pineview did pretty well in xc.
