AM - long walk with Twix. Followed up by weights and ab stuff. Leg felt great on yesterday's run, but by the end of the day was feeling shredded again.
afternoon - 4.5 DogTown. 35min run into Washington. It was a hot one. I haven't been running much in the afternoon (so I could avoid doubles) and I felt it today. But, survived. (Ravenna 300.75)
