AM - 11.5 Parkway and Middleton.  A real stupid run because it was so dark I couldn't see a thing - even with my headlamp, I took a spill.  (Cumulus white 225)

evening - 6.5 Treadmill.  Just tried to get some miles in today as some crappy stuff took place.(Stratus red 504.35)
