Bummer - cold is back with a vengeance! Fell asleep on the bus ride home from Cedar and just felt like crap all day. Doped up and went to sleep early. Week was kind of blown because of this blasted cold. Goals for next week: #1, get feeling better. Once that has happened, do what I can to make it a productive week. I want to hit two good Tempo sessions as well as a solid long run. Let's do it!
