AM - 12 Mall Run reverse then 2xAC. with a couple laps. A little fatigued in the legs this morning, but nothing out of the ordinary. (Cumulus blue375.4)

evening - 8 Millcreek Trail w/ James.  It was nice to get out and run with James again.  He has improved so much - it goes to show what consistency and hard work will get you.  Took it easy and just enjoyed the desert.  Every time I start to get a little down on my running or just burned out w/ life (like this week) a run in the desert brings me right back up!  (Stratus red 497.85)

Anybody running tonight that you know of?

We must have just written each other at the same time! I don't think that anyone is (Logan/Clyde cutting mileage this week; Dustin/Bill running a race this weekend; Steve is Steve). So do you want to just go out from home?

your looking real strong dave. The miles are looking so very good.

What time do you want to go on Saturday morning? 3:15 just to be on the safe side. We can do our own version of a half marathon with some good tempo miles. Let me know.

What are you guys doing for a long run this Saturday? Are you going to do any more long runs on the SGM course? I wanted to get at least one in, but dont know if that will happen with XC races up north and everything.
