AM - 20 River Run/Dome. Best day of the week to squeeze a long run in. Started with 8 on River Run and got back to join the boys as we ran out into the Fields and ran along the top of the Dome. Tough running up there, with major hills and very rocky trail stuff. No carbs or electrolytes on the run made me pretty wiped by the end. (Landreth orange 392.2)
afternoon - 4 Nisson's. Ran with the boys in the heat again. Very stiff and in the hip. 8xbarefoot striders to end. (Cumulus white 724.85)(Barefoot '09 138.15) pool running - 5 min.
