morning - 7 Sandberg's Pond.  Ran to practice and Sandberg's.  Finished with 8xbarefoot striders and a great game of ultimate with the team and came home and ran Molly's Mile.  (Stratus black 411.85)(Barefoot '09 124.15)

PM - Club Run/River Run.  Not many out tonight - we took the river run in reverse.  The weather was amazing; cool (90 when we finished) and overcast with a little breeze.  I would love that everyday.  (Landreth black 706.85)

I was going to try and make it tonight but we are cleaning the temple at 9:45 and I didn't think I had enough time to get home and shower and back over there... anywho plan something for Sat with the guys.
