AM - 15.3 Fields w/ James and then XC Dino Tracks. Run slowly got better as I woke up. Legs weren't quite as trashed the last couple days, but still a few runs out from really having much in them. (Stratus 528.1) afternoon - 5 Washington Loop w/ Turtle Creek extension. Not bad only doing 5 this afternoon (1 mile makes a difference in the heat!) - just need to hit 20/day this week, so I was able to cut it down. Although since I stayed in town on the roads instead of going out to the desert, I couldn't count the number of weird looks I got. (Cumulus blue 302.9) Pool Running - 20 min (1off/1on)
