morning - 11.5 Coral Canyon. Pretty unmotivated to run. But got out and just kind of went with it. It was nice not to have a watch on and just run - especially knowing that I wasn't going very quick. (Kinvara3 716.25)

afternoon - 7 ND. Hoped a storm would develop, but nothing. Still the clouds were very nice and a little breeze made the afternoon much nicer than other times. After a couple days of the achilles feeling decent, it has been poor today. (F50 686.5)
