AM - 15 Mall/Parkway.  Ran out to the Mall and back before practice.  Then hit a few barefoot laps and ran Parkway nice and easy with the team.  Finished with Molly's Mile pushing Laney in the Five Fingers.  Have a toenail infection that was causing a lot of pain last night, but was toned down quite a bit this morning.  (Cumulus gold 415.65)(Barefoot '09 103)(Five Fingers 2)

afternoon - 5 Sienna Hills.  The extra mileage earlier this week and this morning made for just 5 this afternoon!  Ran in the Five Fingers over to the park and then ran barefoot for 2.  The Five Fingers feel real good on the dirt and I'm getting a feel for them on the road.  Downhill is a little tender though.  (Five Fingers 5)(Barefoot '09 105)

Would you save some miles for the rest of us! Hey, future marathon in the Five Fingers? Sasha does it.

I see you're turning into one of those nutty barefoot runners. hahaha jk. But hey are you St. George guys doing any runs on Saturday? I'm going to be down for the weekend and I would be game for a run if y'all are doing any. I'm probably looking for around 14 +/-.

No barefoot marathons for me - the downhill is a slapper!

Joe, I don't know what is planned for Sat. We are leaving town early Sat. so I will have to get mine in early.
