morning - 6 grass. Desert run w/o the dog (for a couple weeks probably) and then over to practice where we barefooted for awhile. (Five Fingers 337.1)(Barefoot '10 72) weights and plyos this afternoon.
PM - 6.5 Club. Ran from Clyde's around Bloomington Hills. No one felt all that great so we just took it easy and didn't go too far. (Boston 191)
