morning - 4 Dogtown.  Nice and easy around Washington.  Didn't feel as good as yesterday.  Molly's Mile.  (Cumulus white 699.85)

evening - 8 Club Run.  Went down onto Dog Pound and then up under the freeway into Green Springs.  Hadn't run with Mike in awhile, good to see him again.  (Cumulus gold 397.15)
