AM - 13 Clyde's Secret.  With no rush to school today, hit a little longer loop with the Circle.  Legs are in need of an ice bath.  (F50 196.5)

afternoon - 6.5 Grapevine.  Not too shabby out; pretty breezy though.  Took it up the Grapevine hill for a little extension.  Want to work on a little ascent/descent - probably on Friday.  First day of summer... First nap of summer - I am batting 1.000!  (NB 110 177)

If I am allowed, I would like to join you on your run for Friday to get a little ascent/descent. If you want, we can do a 13 miler on the Barrel Roll trail from my house.
