AM - 12.5 Prospector. End of a long week of running for me as of late. Steven, Logan and Caden came over and we had a good run in the desert. Nice and soaked down sand made one of the greatest trails even greater, (VertK 453)

Not a bad week. Building up of mileage continues. Achilles saw a bit of progress.

Goals for next week: get a bunch of stuff in before the weekend - which will. Then see me incapacitated for hopefully no more than 4-5 days.
