AM - 12 Junction to Coral Canyon. Went out early to get done before day two of the track meet.  Run was pretty good,  took the Everest Trail over the bluff to get in some beastly hill work.  Probably should have gotten up earlier and done more - but next week I am planning on hitting some masterful miles, so no big deal. (Landreth grey 32)
