morning - 13 on River Run from home. Tried to keep it all under 7. Wasn't always successful, but the idea helped me keep running harder than I would have otherwise. Had to do 11th Ward extension plus a bit more in my neighborhood to make the full 13. Next time I will do extension at first and last. I think I will use this as a base timing run during the summer (the middle 6 miles or something like that). (Glycerin) |
