afternoon - 9 track. This wasn't a hard track workout (and not all on the track either), but after DI warm ran 3x1000 with the girls. They did a good job and hit times. I finished with a 1600 with Cowboy in just under 5:40 (next week I'll run all 3 with him to bring them closer to 5:30). Then we cooled down by running to visit Austin. Molly's Turf run.
