AM - 5 AC.  Ran to AC from home and over to school.  Felt decent this morning on little sleep and after running quicker yesterday; however, it usually takes a full day to set in, so I'll see this afternoon.  (Triumph 685.25)

afternoon - 10.25 Green Springs/home.  Easy run up GS today with the team.  I didn't feel quite as drained as I thought.  Finished up by running home and then Molly's Mile.  (Landreth blue 522.65)
