morning - 4 Grass. Nice grass running, but nothing else. I am just a little bothered by my hamstring and it worries me that it is still bugging (although there has been improvement). So I am trying not to stress about only going so little this morning. (Barefoot '11 114) lap swim: 20 mins. evening - 10 Club. Another strong club run - 6:24 ave. Warm, but held up pretty good. Hip and hammy also held up pretty good. (Rocket 34.75)
