AM - 8 BHNP. Abs and short walk with the dogs. Ran the time trial course and then an out and back in the River Trail. Kicked a ball for awhile until Carson sent it to its untimely death down to the river. (Peg black33 295.5)

I don't know if anyone reads this, but if you do, you should go vote for PV's Jessica Hill as Utah Freshman track athlete of the year on ut.milesplit. She was #1 in the 3200 (by 21 secs.) and #2 in the 1600 (just .43 off); both PR's set at State where she took 4th and 5th! It closes tonight and she is in a tight battle.
