AM - 6 Washington Loop. Grateful for an easy run. Took the dog around. (Landreth 638.35) afternoon - 8 Dog pound/PVMS. Took it out very easy with the team today. Ran Dog pound then added PVMS+. Came back and lifted since I hadn't been able to get it in this week. Then ended with 8xbarefoot striders. Legs a bit on the tired side throughout the day. (Stratus black 202.45)
