AM - 8.5 Twix/Sunrise. Kind of a usual morning. Achilles felt a little better. (F50 791.5)

afternoon - 5 2xDI. Just a warm and cool with the team around their time trial. Kids did well; I'll brag about my 8th grade daughter that ran a 5:28. Achilles is hurting more as I sit in a less than thrilling scout meeting that probably won't see me come back. (Kinvara white 391.75)
