AM - 6 Washington Loop. Dragged myself out of the sick home and ran - also took the dog around. I may be on the treadmill, with practice and the whole family sick. (Landreth black 401.8) afternoon - 9.75 Old Man Hills. Took the kids that are in shape enough out to Old Man's. Hit 4 sets of 2x200 hills 1x800 hill. 200 hills were hard for me as I wan't very explosive. Felt pretty solid on the 800's, until the last one when my legs turned to jello. (Cumulus white 528.75)
