AM - 10.25 Arctic Circle x 3. All right! Back at it today. What an amazing morning for a run. An awesome lunar eclipse made it nice and dark, so you could see the Milky Way so clear. Then as we started a huge shooting star streaked across half the sky! Very Cool. And I feel quite a bit better. I didn't take it hard, and won't for a day or two. Maybe a short run this evening to top off the ol' 30th b-day. (cumulus red 301.35)

PM - 5 Washington Parkway. After a glutton of cake and M&M's (and Chocolate Soy Milk!) went out for an easy 5 on the Parkway. Good run and had some good energy. Hopefully it will stick around for a few days, and I can get better all the way. (Landreth 411.9)

Congrats on the birthday, even though that means one more guy in the age division. It is a good thing I got a bunch of medals and ribbons when I was younger, because they are hard to come by now days, with some of you guys out there. I hit the big 32 on Saturday.

Happy Birthday Dave,

you will never catch me! But good luck in trying!

Happy Birthday! School is going pretty good. I also get very tired. I probably put in a couple extra miles of walking around Fremont each day. It is a huge school!

Happy Birthday big boy.

Question for you? Are you going to A. Race the race this weekend all out. B. Run as a tempo. C. Not run it at all. Or D. Something else.

I'm not in the mood to try and race a half again. But would like to run it as part of a 18 or 20 mile run where we do the race part at marathon pace give or take like 5:35-40 pace. We could practice trading leads and not kill ourselfs doing so. Then depending on how we feel the last couple you could just drop me and go win.

But if you are planning on racing it all out then that's o.k. too and I'll just do my own thing.

Let me know.

Thanks for making the PVHS blog, that'll make it so I don't make stupid mistakes like that tempo the day of repeat 800s. BTW, we definitely should go up to Pine Valley on Labor Day! And, I guess I'll wish you "Happy Birthday!" again. :)
