Little temple run, 2 mile warm-up, 3 miles at a good solid hard case, and then the rest of the miles home. 2.5 miles I think. Legs got a great workout, was definitely feeling tired by the end. Mile splits were: 652, 658, 639. Around the Greenbelt area. Finally started to track my calories, I will be eating pretty much perfectly and until my 100 K in June!
