AM treadmill workout, 2 mile warm-up, 5x800m at 6 minute mile pace. Quarter mile rest between reps. "Rest" pace was slow- 6.9 mph or 8:41 pace. About 2.5 mile cool down. Nice workout, I'm definitely out of shape and very tired so this was perfect pace for me right now. Felt good to feel a bit faster! PM: easy 4 miles outside
