AM: Brutal Iron Core Session
PM: Ran up in the foothills, did about 4 miles warm-up, then found a SUPER steep hill and did 6x30 seconds sprints uphill (ok, several intervals were more like 29 seconds). I powerwalked up the remainder of the hill and jogged back around to the start (each interval probably took about 3 minutes total). Legs were trashed by the end; who knew that 30 seconds could be so long?
