Great humid Hawaii air run this morning with Nick along the Wailea beach walk and then up near the Wailea golf course.  Felt good overall.   Not really sore from the race.  Maybe I didn't push it hard enough.  Or maybe its the healing properties of the island air.  Another day in paradise.  avg 8:53

Last run in Maui.  Great times.  I like the lower elevation.  Still was struggling though because of the hotness.

Ran to daughter jane's soccer game along 23rd.  Trying to get rid of one week of food gorging in Hawaii.  avg 8:30. Beautiful morning.  Likely last one of the year as is supposed to drop 20 degrees by tomorrow.
